Bold Steps, Inc.® was founded by Rick Erickson in May of 2009 after retiring from Household International/HSBC with 25+ years of leadership experience. Rick has led continuous improvement programs in North America and around the world, and has a vision and passion to apply the learnings to help local businesses achieve their visions.

As part of this, Bold Steps, Inc.® has created a Maturity Assessment tool for businesses to leverage to discover strengths and weaknesses across a number of Strategy and Fundamental components. More recently, Bold Steps has added marketing expertise to its value proposition through the acquisition of RDP Marketing & Events, a Wheaton based company with a strong talent pool.

Bold Steps, Inc.® is centered in Wheaton, Illinois with two suites in a beautifully restored landmark (the Atten building) overlooking the downtown area. Bold Steps, Inc.® includes a number of contractors and business-to-business partners recruited/established by Rick where integrity, talent, and enthusiasm were absolute requirements. Rick and the team are excited to help their clients achieve Boldmentum!®
