Once we understand your strategy, and put a plan together to realize it, we will commit to delivering an agreed number of new customers. Of course our goal will be to exceed this number, but we certainly are not going to walk away from a commitment. We think this makes us unique, and we like it! If we fail to meet our commitment, we write you a check for the shortfall. The particulars of this will be in your contract, but basically here's the deal:  If we say we'll deliver 100 clients and we deliver 90, then you get a refund check for 10% of our costs.

Bold Steps marketing plans include hosting unique corporate events, designing effective social media campaigns, enhancing client websites (including SEO), developing and deploying (to all channels) clear and consistent messaging, and coaching clients on networking strategies to deliver the messages, to name a few. It's often a full court press approach that is needed, and works!
